DESCRIPTION:\nThe Political Settlements Research Programme is delighted to announce it is supporting a panel at this year’s International Society of Public Law (ICON-S) conference taking place in New York on July 1-3\, 2015.\n\n\n\nThe panel\, titled Searching for Peace in Constitutions\, will bring together Michele Brandt (Interpeace)\, Charmaine Rodrigues (formerly of UNDP)\, Silvia Suteu (Edinburgh University)\, and Jenna Sapiano (University of St Andrews) to discuss constitutional arrangements in post-conflict transitions. \nDirector of the Programme\, Prof Christine Bell will be delivering a plenary address as part of a session titled “Trends and Troubles in Constitution-Making: Constitution\, Revolution\, and Revolutionary Constitutionalism”.
