Cindy Wittke (formerly Daase) of the Leibniz Institute for East and Southeast European Studies has published a new book on international courts and peace agreements.

Law in the Twilight: International Courts and Tribunals, the Security Council and the Internationalisation of Peace Agreements between State and Non-State Parties is available now from Cambridge University Press.
