The Egmont – Royal Institute for International Relations, the Rift Valley Institute and the Political Settlements Research Programme are hosting a seminar on Electoral Dynamics in the DRC: Socio-Economic and Security Dimensions in Brussels on 7 June 2016. Presentations will discuss topics including security apparatus, social movements, armed mobilization, and decentralization in relation to elections in the DRC.
